However, getting supplements for seniors also has to do with knowing the side effects before getting attached at all.   2. As we age, the body may fail. That’s why we must take good care of our body when we are young; to prevent future issues.

    The brain is the most vital part of the body, as it is act as the mother board, and that is why we must not stress or over work it.  

    Elderly people are a little bit different.  Their brains may already be damaged, and sometimes they behave like children.  Not because they want to, but because they are losing their mental faculties.

  4. I have a family with a history of Alzheimer’s, so I’m doing everything I can to prevent my parents from getting it.  I’m also approaching my 50’s, so I want to prevent it for myself as well.

    Mind Lab Pro looks good; it seems to have a lot of ingredients beneficial for the brain. I’ve heard about Lion’s Mane Mushrooms before and how it can help prevent dementia and even help prevent heart disease.

    I believe very strongly that supplements can do a lot of good for people, as long as they can find the right one.

    I think my step mother needs Mind Lab Pro. I don’t believe she is suffering from Alzheimer’s or dementia, but she definitely has some issues with MCI.

    Then maybe our family experience would have been different.

    We lost 3 members to dementia, and there was a lot of anxiety in the family.

    A friend asked me to read this article because I will be conducting a workshop where I have to make a presentation on Caring for the Elderly.  One of the things I intend to discuss are Supplements for the Elderly.
